Infodynamics-Research Inc. was founded on January 4th 2006, as a technology consulting and theoretical research organization focusing on Information Physics and Information Sciences.

Almost all of the work performed by and research results to date are exclusively copyrighted to the corporation, including the terms "Infophone", "Infoton" and "Information-Time Portal".

Infophone.org is the Telecommunications research and marketing subsidiary of Infodynamics-Research Inc.
